– 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces – 2 tbsp honey – 1 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 clove garlic, minced
Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, removing any skin or bones as necessary. Pat the pieces dry with a paper towel.
Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon bites in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon, making sure each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
Heat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add a little olive oil to coat the bottom.
Cook the Salmon: Add the salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice caramelized glaze.
Brush with Extra Glaze: While cooking, brush the salmon bites with any remaining glaze for extra flavor.
