White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

INGREDIENTS

▢2 (3.29-ounce) bags 3.29-ounce bags plain microwave popcorn ▢1 (24-ounce) package vanilla bark (or candy coating) ▢1 cup M&M’s

STEP-1

Pop popcorn and pour into a large bowl, removing any un-popped kernels.

STEP-2

Break vanilla bark into squares and place in a medium pot over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until melted. Remove from the heat.

STEP-3

Pour candy coating over popcorn and mix until coated.

STEP-4

Add M&M’s and mix, then spread popcorn out onto a parchment paper–lined baking sheet.

STEP-5

Let sit for 15 minutes, until hardened.
