Strawberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 pint strawberries, chopped ▢⅓ cup sugar ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

STEP-1

Chop one pint of strawberries.

STEP-2

Combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. 

STEP-3

Cook on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes until juices form and the sauce thickens.

STEP-4

Remove from heat and puree about ½ the sauce, then mix back with the remaining strawberries.

STEP-5

 Keep refrigerated until serving.
