Sausage Balls Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

▢1 pound ground pork sausage ▢2 cups biscuit baking mix ▢2 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly grated ▢1 tablespoon Italian seasoning ▢1-2 tablespoons milk

STEP-1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

 Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, baking mix, cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Add milk as needed to make a smooth mixture.

Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
