Roasted Carrots Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

▢4-5 large carrots peeled and cut into sticks ▢2 teaspoons olive oil ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢¼ teaspoon pepper ▢½ teaspoon dried thyme or 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

STEP-1

Preheat oven to 425℉.

Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

Place the carrot sticks on the baking sheet and toss with the olive oil.

 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until soft and just slightly caramelized around the edges. Remove from oven and sprinkle with thyme. Serve hot.
