9 cups Chex Cereal rice or corn ▢1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ▢½ cup creamy peanut butter ▢½ cup unsalted butter ▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢1½ cups powdered sugar
Place 9 cups cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup chocolate chips, ½ cup peanut butter, and ½ cup butter. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
Pour into a 2-gallon resealable plastic bag. Add 1½ cups powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated.
Spread out on a piece of waxed paper to cool, then serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container to store.
