Mint Brownies Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

▢1 pkg Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix ▢2 cups powdered sugar ▢1/2 cup butter softened ▢2 tbsp mint extract ▢2-3 drops green food coloring ▢1 tbsp milk ▢6 tbsp butter ▢2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

STEP-1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.

STEP-2

Make brownies as instructed on the box and bake in the 9×13 dish.

STEP-3

Beat the powdered sugar, butter, mint extract, food coloring and milk until smooth in a medium bowl. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies (we add dollops all over the top to make it easier to spread).

STEP-4

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth.

STEP-5

Spread over. the mint layer, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

STEP-6

Let set out for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
