3 boneless chicken breasts cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
▢2 tablespoons butter
▢4-6 small red potatoes cubed
▢3-4 medium carrots sliced
▢10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
▢1/2 cup milk
▢2 cups chicken broth
▢1 cup sour cream
▢1 oz packet dry ranch dressing mix or 2-3 tablespoons
▢salt and pepper to taste
▢1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
STEP-1
Add butter to the bottom of a crock pot. Let melt. Stir in all of the vegetables, coating with the butter.
STEP-2
Season diced chicken as desired and add to the crock pot.
STEP-3
In a separate bowl, mix together the soup, milk, sour cream, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix.
STEP-4
Pour on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 4-6.
