Place meatballs in a slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic. Pour over meatballs and mix until coated.
Cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving
